The owner is the entrepeneur woman Paulina Nangula Paulus. They’ve got six rooms shaped like traditional huts plus a bar/restaurant. Don’t expect any kind of luxury, this is a basic accommodation normally aimed to Namibia business travellers and locals.

Easily accessible from the Tar road, Limbandungila Lodge is perfect for stopping and enjoying the traditional charms of the Owambo region before continuing your trip. Be sure to talk to Paulina, who will tell you about the current challenges for entrepreneurs like herself in trying to run a business properly.

    Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a publisher working at Namibia Publishing House (Pty) Ltd.
We are publishing textbooks for government schools from pre-primary to high school level.

Our aim is to provide quality affordable educational materials for underprivileged kids mainly in rural areas of Namibia.
We strive to use the most up-to-date information and attractive relevant illustrations and photographs in all our publications.

At the moment, I am working on Environmental Studies Grade 3 Learner’s Book and would like to use the photograph I found on your blog while searching for images of Namibian women entrepreneurs to use in the book in the text about working together.

I kindly ask for your permission to use the photograph on your update Limbandungila Lodge, Onankali (Namibia), May 11 2010, inside the text and on the cover.
We oblige ourselves to attribute the photograph in a manner specified by yourselves.

Thank you in advance for positive consideration of my request.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Warm regards,

Thank you for your message. You can use the picture without a problem from us.
In addition to that, we do believe you should try to contact the owner of Limbandungila Lodge, Paulina Nangula Paulus and ask for her permission too, as she is the one showing in the picture! (Her contact data is below)

If you can mention the origin of the pic referring to Baobabguides.com that would be great.

      Best Regards,
